Two drops of life !!

Yesterday was Pulse Polio Vaccination Day. I took my kid to a booth and immunised her with polio drops. One of the volunteers immunised her with OPV and other carrying the marker marked a sign on one of her fingers indicating the registration of polio immunisation dose.
I got some intersting figures from net : There are 68 cases of polio in India while there are 792 polio patients across 16 countries in the world. Uttar Pradesh has the highest number of 47 patients while Maharashtra has two patients.
