Idli-chuteny this Sunday !!


Anita just took out idli pans from the idli making pressure cooker and my camera got focused on the pans.
This Sunday morning, we all enjoyed the soft spongy idlis and chuteny.
Idli (two Tamil words - "Ittu" and "Avi" (To lay and steam)) is usually served with Chutney or Sambar without which the full taste of the dish cannot be enjoyed. I've got some mouth-watering Idli recipes of all varieties here. Try it as a morning breakfast or an evening snack.
